Karim Kaderali graduated U.C. Santa Barbara in 1998 and founded Santa Barbara Axxess after identifying a void and a need in the market. He had seen similar programs in other areas and set out to do it better. The company was started on a shoestring as a home based business but quickly grew. Over the past decade, Kaderali has met with thousands of business owners and has become an expert in sales, sales management, and direct response marketing. He’s valued as a successful entrepreneur and a leader in the Santa Barbara community. Most importantly, he knows what it takes to create a successful and viable business and is ready to share that knowledge to entrepreneurs looking to make an impact on their own communities.

Megan is the President of Axxess Ventures. She oversees all aspects of franchise development, training and support. Megan has over 7 years of hands-on experience creating a successful Axxess in the Santa Barbara Market. She continues to be a consultant to Axxess Santa Barbara. Megan will also be your point of contact at Axxess Ventures to help you through the franchising process and answer any questions you may have along the way. Megan has over 12 years experience in marketing, sales, graphic design and business development. She lives in Santa Barbara, California with her husband and son.

Jessica Rea joined Santa Barbara Axxess in March of 2008 as their Client Relations Manager. In her position, she focuses on creating added value for Axxess merchants and members, oversees fundraising, and community outreach projects for Axxess. In addition, Jessica is also involved in sales and marketing as well as design and production. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara, she majored in Global Studies and after earning her degree spent seven months living and traveling throughout South America. Jessica serves as the Communications Director on the board of the Santa Barbara Young Professionals Club, is an Ambassador for the Goleta Chamber of Commerce and is a member of United Way’s Young Leadership Society.

Scott is an East Coast transplant that has been in Santa Barbara for nearly 15 years. Born and raised New York City, he has a fast-paced work ethic and exudes a sense of urgency when assisting his clients on a daily basis. He has been a main man at Axxess since 2008 and has adjusted nicely to the laid back beach town community. Scott is involved in many organizations and groups in Santa Barbara and was recently awarded the Carpinteria Valley Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of The Year Award for 2010.
When Scott is not talking with business owners about ways to boost business, he enjoys giving guitar lessons at night and likes to wonder the beaches up and down the coast on the weekends with friends and family.

Courtney Rae is a Santa Ynez Valley local. She planted her roots in downtown Santa Barbara after receiving a degree in Anthropology and Cultural Documentation from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts in 2004. She joined the Axxess team in October of 2009 after several years in the health care industry. Now, a mainstay in the front office of Axxess, Courtney Rae assists with customer service for our members and merchants and is now trying her hand in sales for our upcoming editions.
As a first-time mom, Courtney brings a new perspective to Axxess and enjoys spending time in the sun with her new baby girl and fiancé on the bluffs of Ellwood.
