Membership Rules
Axxess Membership is valid from October 1st through December 31st. Offers are valid for one use unless stated otherwise. Read each advertisement carefully as merchant offers vary. Please present your Axxess Card before each transaction. Axxess offers are not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or sales.

2-for-1 Offers
Axxess Members are entitled to one free item of equal or lesser value, when a first item is purchased at the same time, and/or as stated specifically by a participating Merchant. Some 2-for-1 offers may be limited by a maximum value which is the maximum savings potential of the offer.

Continual Offers
Axxess Members may choose, when offered by a participating Merchant, to use a continual savings offer rather than a one-time savings offer. Continual savings offers and one-time offers may not be used simultaneously. Some Merchants have multiple offers. These offers may not be used simultaneously. Unless otherwise stated, continual offers are not valid on alcoholic beverages.

Member KeyTag
The Member KeyTag may be presented to those Merchants who have a continual or on-going offer as listed in the Axxess Directory. It is not valid for "one-time" offers nor is it a substitute for the actual Axxess Card.

Dine-In, Take-Out and Delivery
Generally restaurant offers are valid on Dine-In orders only. Some offers may be valid on Take-Out and/or Delivery. Always ask in advance of placing Take-Out or Delivery Orders.

Group Dining
Axxess Members may dine in groups of up to 6 people and no more than 3 Axxess cards can be used at one time unless stated otherwise. The least expensive entrees/items within the dining group will be complimentary.

Tipping
Please base tipping for service upon the total price of the bill before the discount. Restaurants reserve the right to include gratuity. It is customary to tip 15% of the total bill before the discount. It is not uncommon to tip 20% for excellent service.

Movies
Movie Passes must be purchased directly from the Axxess office and a maximum of 10 may be purchased per day. The Silver MVP passes have the following restrictions: Not Valid 6:00 pm or Later on "No Pass" Pictures, Not Valid for Special Events, Subject to Additional Surcharge for 3-D Presentations, Subject to Seating Availability.  Gold Passes have the following restrictions: Not Valid for Special Events, Subject to Additional Surcharge for 3-D Presentations, Subject to Seating Availability. Passes are subject to availability and the price is subject to change without notice. Cinemark Platinum Supersaver Passes are also available and cannot be used for "no pass" movies or special engagements. Members purchasing passes in-office by either cash or check will receive an additional $0.30 per ticket savings.

Tickets
All ticket prices are subject to surcharge. Tickets are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice.

Birthday Certificate
Axxess Members with a current & activated Membership who have registered their birthday with us are eligible to receive one $10 gift certificate in their birth month.  To add your birthday, update your Account Information online or call (805) 884-0307.

Holidays
Offers cannot be used on major holidays including; New Years Eve/Day, Valentine's Day, Saint Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve/Day. Many Merchants will not allow offers to be used during Fiesta, Solstice or Graduation. Call in advance of your visit to confirm.

Axxess Golf
Only one Card may be used per player per visit. Cards must be presented upon check-in for each player. Players may not share cards. Axxess offers may not be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts and are not valid for tournaments and/or group meetings.
