Submitting Your Logo
Axxess accepts the following file formats for logos:

• Illustrator AI, EPS or PDF
  CMYK, convert all fonts to outlines & include all linked files.
• High resolution JPG or TIFF
  CMYK, 300 dpi
  

Submitting Photos & Artwork
Axxess accepts the following file formats for photos & other artwork:

• High Resolution JPG, TIFF or PSD
  CMYK, 300 dpi or higher (1200 pixels on the shortest side)

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept files from PageMaker, Freehand, Corel Draw, Micorsoft Publisher, or Word. We cannot accept low-resolution files taken from the internet or files that you do not own the rights to.  If you do not have images for your, you may purchase them from www.istockphoto.com or a simlar service.

Submitting Your Ad Copy
Axxess accepts ad copy via Email, Word (.doc or .docx) or Text (.txt) documents.  The following are some suggestions for ad copy:

• Tag line or slogan.
• 2-3 key selling points for your business (Ex. The only restaurant serving fried pickles for 100 miles!)
• Awards, distinctions or memberships
• Hours of Operation
• Address, phone, website, contact email

The following are suggested maximum word counts for your ad:

• Quarter Page: 15-25 words
• Half Page: 25-35 words
• Full Page: 35-50 words
• Double Truck: 50-75 words

Ad Requirements
For print-ready art, please submit an Adobe PDF (CMYK, 300dpi, fonts outlined, links embedded).  Axxess requires the following on all print-ready artwork:

• 1 pt "black" (K=100) border around your ad
• ALL ads MUST include a "yellow" offer box at the bottom of the ad using the values: C=1, M=11, Y=80, K=0.
• Axxess reserves the right to edit the offer text at our discretion.
• If the One-Time Offer requires a validation number, Axxess will assign one to you. If you do not have this number, please contact us.

Common Problems Checklist
Before submitting your ad, please consult the list of common problems below:

• PDF files are prepared low resolution or in RGB
• Pantone colors are not converted to CMYK
• Linked files or images are RGB
• Photoshop black was used (please use K=100)
• Images were taken from the internet
• Ad is the wrong size (check clipping masks)
