When does the program start/end?
The Axxess program is 15 months long and begins October 1st and ends December 31st of the following year. The printed Directory comes out annually on October 1st. However, we have merchants that join the program throughout the year, and can generate an immediate business with our online, mobile and email marketing solutions.
 


How much does it cost?
Cost will depend on the size of your ad, and what options you select for your online listing. We have options to fit every advertising budget. Please contact us for current rates.
 


How many members do you have?
Axxess is the largest paid merchant and consumer association in the Tri-Counties and boasts more than 45,000 members from Goleta to Carpinteria.
 


Who are your members?
Through strategic channels of distribution we target an upscale demographic with disposable income. Our membership is comprised of pre-qualified consumers who have paid for the privilege of viewing your ad and doing business with you.
 


Who does the design work?
Axxess will design your ad for you at no charge.  However, if you’d like to design your ad, we will gladly send our specifications to your designer and assist them with getting all the information they need to create your ad.
 


What discount should I offer?
A good rule of thumb is, 'keep it simple'. In general, a more aggressive discount begets a stronger response.  However, every business is unique, and that’s why we’ll work with you to come up with an offer that will work specifically for you.
 


How do I track the response?
One of the best things about Axxess is that you can track your response and measure your return. The best way to track Axxess is through your point of sale (POS) system. If you don’t use a POS system, we suggest you keep a tally by your cash register or computer. If you need help, Axxess can provide you with a tracking worksheet.
 


Will my offer be listed online too?
Yes.  Your business and offer will be listed online in our Merchant Directory. A basic listing includes your business name & contact information, inclusion in the map, and your Axxess offer. Additionally, your listing will aslo be included in our iPhone app and mobile optimized directory, so our members will have access to your offer whenever and where ever they go.
 


What are Axxess Email Campaigns?
Axxess has built a database of more than 11,000 of our members who have “opted in” to receive emails containing special offers from Axxess. These email campaigns leverage the power of the internet and give our merchants the flexibility to promote new or limited time offers to our members. Best of all, the emails look great and deliver immediate results.
