Pete first served as Emilio’s Executive Chef from 1991 until 2000, returning in 2008. His training includes formal apprenticeships with such notable chefs as Albert and Michel Roux, Michelin three starred chefs from La avaroche and Waterside Inn of London, Ken Frank of La Toque, Claude Segal, and the venerable Francois Peugeot of Orient Express.
