Santa Barbara Axxess Staff

Founder & President

Karim Kaderali graduated U.C. Santa Barbara in 1998 and founded Santa Barbara Axxess after identifying a void and a need in the market.  He had seen similar programs in other areas and set out to do it better. The company was started on a shoestring as a home based business but quickly grew. Over the past decade, Kaderali has met with thousands of business owners and has become an expert in sales, sales management, and direct response marketing.  He’s valued as a successful entrepreneur and a leader in the Santa Barbara community.

Evan moved to Santa Barbara from the SF Bay Area in 2011 to study physics at UCSB, but quickly changed his major to mathematics. He instead received a B.A. in Music with an emphasis in conducting. He honed his customer service skills as a barista and supervisor at Peet's Coffee, and developed his understanding of business administration in the institutional advancement department at the Music Academy of the West. Passionate about connecting individuals with great opportunities and experiences, Evan is thrilled to be joining Axxess during this time of exciting growth and development, and looks forward to using his customer service and technical skills to assist in the transition. Evan directs two local musical groups, a choir and a flute ensemble, and enjoys riding motorcycles, playing video games, and climbing boulders.

Holly joined the Axxess Team in January of 2017 bringing with her a passion for organization, an attention to detail and a love of community. Being a business owner herself with a background in education & marketing, supporting the Axxess vision of sustained contribution to the local schools, as well as a desire to keep the local economy flowing, has been a natural fit. For the last 25 years Holly has helped to coordinate local Buddhist Activities as part of the Soka Gakkai International, and is an avid Seattle Seahawks & Mariners fan.

Wendie decided long ago that exceptional customer service skills would be her defining personality trait in business. She spent twenty five years helping customers in the food, construction, marketing and mortgage industries, providing first class service every step of the way. The past eight years were the toughest, yet most rewarding years of her life however as Wendie entered the world of motherhood. In keeping with her philosophy of providing outstanding customer service, Wendie deployed her strongest business skills (discipline, reliability, organization, attention to detail, empathy, and time management) in order to raise her three children in the best possible way. Now, eight years later Wendie is incredibly excited and eager to begin her new journey with Axxess.
